Real Estate Agent - Sales (m/f/x)

Who We Are
Sharp&Wolf is a real estate agency in Knokke-Heist with a strong reputation. In addition to traditional real estate brokerage, we develop our own tools: an AI-driven CRM and our own valuation model that help you work more efficiently and quickly. This allows you to provide your clients with well-founded advice, not just off the top of your head.

What You’ll Do
You’ll guide prospective buyers and sellers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing. You’ll build a network, nurture your relationships, and leverage our market knowledge and tools to truly help people move forward. You’ll work independently, with the support of a team that is committed to quality.

Who You Are

• You genuinely enjoy helping people move forward and believe that quality is the foundation for sustainable results.
• You have both feet firmly on the ground, even when talking to entrepreneurs and people who aren't afraid to speak their minds.
• You lead without pushing and you persuade without manipulating.
• You have a structured approach to your work.
• Experience in real estate and an interest in new construction are a major plus. If you’re coming from outside the industry but have the right profile, we’ll train you.
