In 1985, a young and driven couple, Baudouin and Bénédicte Swolfs, took over the real estate agency Immobilière Woestyn on the Canadasquare. Soon they settled in a new location on the seafront at the Albertstrand where the business blossomed into a well-known value in Knokke-Heist where sales, rentals and syndic are the main activities.
The Swolfs children have lived in the real estate business since childhood, resulting in daughter Camille joining the team in 2008 and son Loic in 2019. The rejuvenation cure becomes fully reality in early 2021, the children taking the helm and exciting new projects being developed.
With a new name and a brand new office in the beautiful Albert residence, we want to offer our clients a modern and special experience in the rapidly evolving world of real estate. Our young and energetic team looks forward to welcoming you to these fresh atmospheric spaces.
You will continue to recognize the well-known family character of our office in our approach and the pleasant atmosphere that reigns in our company. You will also be able to meet Baudouin and Bénédicte, who continue to support us with their experience and good advice.
